At Boss Premium, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your DermaGlow™ LED Therapy Mask, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition received.

Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.
Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Hygiene & Safety Notice
For health and safety reasons, opened LED masks cannot be returned. If you’re unsure, please contact us before ordering.
